HOTEL RURAL SON GRANOT

Rural hotel located just outside Es Castell in the southeast of Menorca, five minutes from the Mahon harbour and ten minutes from the airport.

The building is a colonial house from the year 1712 surrounded by a 75 000m2 property.

CHARACTERISTICS

Eight double rooms, five with sea views and the others looking onto the swimming pool, the garden and the rest of the estate.

They all have individual bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, three background music channels, telephone, minibar, safe deposit boxes and satellite television.

There is also a ninth room which has been specially adapted for disabled people.

Lounge dominated by a large fireplace built in the local stone, bar, restaurant, terraces and a botanic garden of 10 000m2.

Swimming pool situated next to the main building installed in an area with a total of 720 m2, and equipped with stereo and a natural cave.

Private outside car park with capacity for 50 vehicles and sufficient space for a helicopter.
