This is a large rural house for complete rental; ideal for families or larger groups who wants to enjoy the countryside and the beaches.

The house is situated in the village of El Roque, only 1km. from the beautiful beaches of Cotillo, in the municipal of La Oliva.

The place is perfect for activities like surf and windsurfs, surrounded by several beaches formed by idyllic lagoons of white sand.

CHARACTERISTICS

The house has a total of 6 bedrooms; one of them with an en suite bathroom, private terrace, ventilation and minibar, two double with minbar and café machine, one single room and two other double rooms, all of them with TV.

There is a large kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator, toaster…

Two bathrooms with hairdryer, one of them adapted for disabled, a spacious lounge, both interior and exterior patio, a Jacuzzi for six persons, sun terrace, parking area, two old stone ovens and a barbeque.
