Casa Caravaca

The rural lodgings "Casa Caravaca" are an assembly of three rehabilitated houses forming part of a "cortijada" (farm). They are situated in the middle of Moratalla, in the village of San Juan in the North-western part of Murcia. Located at an altitude of almost 800 meters and being the most humid area of the region gives this place a very different and rich vegetation and fauna. The houses are surrounded by numerous, mountainous formations, cliffs, caves with prehistoric remainders, archaeological and historic places.

CHARACTERISITCS

Traditionally country houses, beautifully rehabilitated; rustic decoration and superb services.

House 1: One floor only: Consist of 3 bedrooms with a total capacity for 6 persons ( 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed and 1 with a double bed and a single bed), bathroom, living room with chimney, complete kitchen and a pantry.

House 2: Three floors: Consist of 5 bedrooms with a total capacity for 17 persons (5 double beds and 7 single beds), 3 bathrooms, 2 dining tables, and living room with chimney, complete kitchen and a pantry.

House 3: The same as house number 1.

The bedrooms are equipped with bed lining, blankets and cabinets. The bathrooms are also completely equipped and have washing machine.

The Heating of the house is by means of individual electric radiators in the rooms and of the chimney in the living room. The kitchens have worktop of gas, refrigerator, microwave and all necessary kitchen utilities. The living rooms also have TV and sofas.

Exterior:

Spacious outdoor areas with banks and tables under a great walnut tree, barbecue, a small children's swimming pool, ping pong table, basketball court, trail for "petanca", swings, slide and a "little house" for children.

SERVICE

Activities for children, allow pets, laundry service, local products for sale, information over the area.
